  • Build schedule for longer-form or narrative series (YouTube / Patreon)

Working Structure

  • Schedule is self-managed

  • Must prioritize site safety and not interfere with construction workflow

Compensation

  • First 3 months: unpaid internship (trial period), with potential eligibility for college credit

  • Post-trial: opportunity to transition into a paid role based on performance and fit

  • For long-form content initiatives, potential to negotiate a revenue share tied to content performance (e.g., YouTube, Patreon)

  • Short cover letter (keep it concise)

  • Resume

  • Preferred: Portfolio or work samples

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong visual storytelling instincts

  • Comfortable filming independently

  • Proficient in editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)

  • Interested in architecture, design, or construction (bonus)
